We recently stayed at a wonderful hostel in Europe, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Olive3 provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with its stunning garden as the heart of the property. the separate kitchen building in the back of the garden had everything we needed, including facilities for barbecues. the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We loved the hammocks and the little pool. the hostel was conveniently located close to the center, and it was only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach. We were able to book surf lessons with a local surfing school, and there was a place to store all our surfing gear. the beach bus stop was right in front of the hostel. We also enjoyed yoga sessions with Sanna, either on-site or at the beach for sunset. the owners, Cláudia and Francisco, as well as the volunteer, Josh, took great care of us and made us feel welcome.
No negatives from this place. 😊.

I recently stayed at Olive3 in Ericeira for a week-long vacation with my friends. The family-friendly vibe, stunning garden, and communal areas were a highlight. The hostel itself was clean, spacious, and safe, with kind and welcoming hosts. The ideal location allowed for easy access to restaurants, bars, and beautiful beaches. The yoga studio stood out as one of the best I've ever practiced in, with a peaceful ambiance and plenty of natural light.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing, close to great surf beaches and supermarkets. The guesthouse was cozy and nicely decorated, and the courtyard was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered vegan options and fresh bread every morning. The beds were comfortable, and there was a huge kitchen where I could cook my own meals. The hostel had a beautiful garden where I spent most of my time, relaxing in the hammock. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed. The location was great, very close to the city center and easily accessible to the beaches.
The bunk beds in the dorm were uncomfortable, with mattresses that were quite hard. The lack of curtains made it difficult to sleep, and the beds were made from a strange material that made noise whenever someone moved.

My stay at Olive3 was absolutely fantastic! The King Studio exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, blending modern and old styles seamlessly. The double bed and bunk bed were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the breakfast spread in the communal kitchen was delicious. The peaceful and green garden provided a relaxing atmosphere, and I loved the yoga room with all the necessary equipment. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town and with easy access to the beach. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Olive3.
While the stay was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The thin walls in the communal areas made it difficult for me to sleep as I could hear conversations at night.

The breakfast had great options, including soy milk! The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to surf beaches and supermarkets. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The rooms were not fully darkened, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The noise from other guests and the thin walls and doors made for a noisy stay.
